The ILAYS party is a civilian party that aims to lead the country through fair elections with the desire of the Somali people and their representatives. The party targets to lead the society on the basis of fairness, consultation, mutual trust and good governance.
Member Rules
- To be a Somali citizen, and mentally fit
- Not younger than 18 years old
- Belief in the Unity, Independence and Solidarity of Somalia
- Satisfied with party policies and regulations
- Has an identity card such as a passport or ID
- Not previously convicted by a court of law
- Must accept Party Fees, subject to general referendum
Member obligations
- To comply with the party's laws and decisions
- To handle the political affairs of the party
- To participate in party program development, implementation and social development services
- To protect the property and reputation of the party
- To have an overview of the political situation in the country
- To prevent any crisis that might create a war situation or death
- To present his Righteous Thinking
- To protect the reputation and privacy of the party
Member rights
- to be able to elect and be elected
- can make suggestions for party activities and services
- can express his views and make suggestions or criticisms on party affairs
- can freely leave the party by reporting the reason he left the party a month ago and forwarding to the sector you belong to
- each member must receive a member ID
Loss of membership
- To resign from membership of the Party in accordance with Article 12
- If the member is deceased, as there is no hereditary under the Party law
- Defy the principles and objectives of the Party
- Become a member of another political party
- If the ethics committee decides to revoke the membership
- Enter / Commit a crime against the Party's reputation or National laws
